So Joy and I went to a Girls' Night Out event last night in Sandy. It was digital scrapbooking. We went to the Beginner's Class. The company is Digital Scrapbook Memories and you buy their cds that come with paper and embelishments and all the stuff you would use for regular scrapbooking. You create the pages in any photo editing software but they use Photoshop. So since Joy and I got Photoshop Elements from a class we took at school last year we decided to buy one of their beginner cds and see how it is. We've been working on it tonight and it is so fun. A little challenging at first but once you understand Photoshop you can do it easy. The cool thing about it is that it takes up way less space and costs less than traditional scrapbooking. Now, don't get me wrong I love normal scrapbooking but since I don't have a space to spread out, this will be way easier. There are so many cool things about it and it takes so much skill to be able to do it digitally that I don't feel like I'm selling out.
