Ha, I'm hilarious! Ok, anyway, it's been a while since I wrote anything on here so I need to catch you up. (Even though, I don't think many people look at this thing).

So in December we went on a ski trip with the 4th grade and it was freezing. Then I went to San Diego just before Christmas to see my family and to see Jessica get married. Yay Jess! Sadly, me and three of my roomates have to travel to other states to get together even though we live within about an hour and a half of each other. Wow, we're pathetic. Ok so then Christmas came and it was just me and Joe. We couldn't go to CA for Christmas because apparently people who aren't teachers don't get two weeks off for Christamas...weird. We got lots of cool stuff for Christmas and had a nice day.

Then in January, Joe started his masters program and was switched to the graveyard shift working 1 a.m. to 9 a.m. for two months. So it was a big change for us. He just recently finished his first class (he got an A) and is into his second. He is almost done with the crappy shift. Plus he turned 31 and we had a party and lots of people came! I've been helping South Jordan Community Theatre with its production of Aladdin, Jr. and it has been taking me out at night, but not as much as when I'm in a production. Ok, so January was hectic and stressful.

February has been good so far. I've been helping more with Aladdin and the kids have a blast. Opening night is tonight, go to sjtheatre.org to get tickets. For Valentines day Joe bought tickets to see Dear John which we liked and then we went to Red Robin to eat. Considering this is probably the first time we've done anything for Valentines in 5 years, it was a great night! Then this past Tuesday, Ben, Joe's brother who has been staying with us since December moved out and headed to CA to be with his wife and baby. He was finishing his job here while Joy started her job there. It was fun to have him here.
So that is life in the past 3 months. Hopefully I get better at keeping up with my blog again. Toodles.

Man I feel so out of the loop, I wish we hung out more. I didn't know that Joe was working such crappy hours or that you were helping with Aladdin. We have got to make it more of a priority to get together (unless you guys don't like us anymore, j/k). We love you guys and miss you. Hopefully we will see you soon. Maybe we could come and spend the night some time and party all night. Let us know what you think.
Awww Jes looks so cute. So glad she found someone. I am horrible at keeping in touch.
