Ok , so I love St. Patricks Day! I'm only the tiniest bit Irish but we always celebrated it with food in my family and of course...wearing green. So I got as much green as I could to dress up for school. My kids thought I was totally insane, it was awesome. Then when I got home I prepared some St. Patrick's Day food, including green milk (here's to you Mom). Joe thought it was so fun! So here is my green milk. And I made shamrock toasties. Cut a green bell pepper near the bottom to make the shamrock shape. Toast an English muffin, put cheddar cheese slices on top, put the pepper on (with a tiny slice for the stem). Then broil them till the cheese is melted-delicious! And sweet shamrock pretzels. Used Pilsbury bread stick dough, shaped them, sprinkle on green sugar and cinnamon then bake as directed. So cute!

I'm impressed with all your food! Good job going all out.
You are so good at celebrating all the holidays! Your future kids are going to love it.
That is sooo cool, my girls would have loved it. I should do more fun dinners with St. Patrick's Day.
