Jam!!!

So Laura and I decided to make jam. She just recently ran out and I've been wanting to make it. My mom and I tried to make raspberry jam when she was here but we tried to use Splenda instead of sugar. It turned out very interesting...useable but weird, we're still trying to figure it out. In the meantime I wanted some strawberry freezer jam. So I went and got cheap strawberries at Costco (I recently got a Costco card). Well, in the end, it was way to many strawberries so we're good on jam for a while. We ended up making 5 batches, could've made 6 but decided to eat some of them. Laura puts her jam in tupperware and I put mine in glass jars (cause that's what our moms did). Here is a picture of us with all our jam. YUM!
